This man is a complete charlatan and he charged me $300 to fix my window but he did nothing of the sort. I recently took it to another place where a guy charged me $70 and fixed it completely. Mouch represents the very worst business practices.

Highly disappointed, I took my car to get fixed because it was squealing and he told me he fixed it but it was still making noise . So I took it to Firestone to get a second opinion and long story short he charged me 200 bucks for nothing and now he won’t even give me half the money back . I will never recommend him . I would rather spend 2000 at a dealership than 200 with him because this is crazy.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I brought a car in for a second opinion after receiving a very high estimate from another mechanic. Mouch himself assured me that the other estimate was outrageous and that he could fix the problem by replacing two idler pullies. A few weeks after replacing them the noise (the original problem) came back. I wasn’t able to get it back to hi. For a month or so. When I did he assured me it was a bad part and offered to warranty the part and STILL charged me to install them. A month went by and the noise was back again. So I decided not to take it back to him because he didn’t seem to know how to fix the real problem. Today I had time to deal with it finally so I called and asked him for information on the warranty and he immediately went on the defensive and started to argue with me. After demanding a receipt which I provided, he hung up on me. So I went to his shop where I calmly asked him about the part warranty for a third time again assuring him I was not trying to have him do anything to my car ever again. And he said take it to oreilys and shrugged me off. I told him he was a S*** businessman and left. He followed me out into the parking lot and

Good when it comes to little things. But had him work on my rear axle and had a bad attitude and shafted me for 2500$ when the work on the axle failed within 20 miles and he didn’t fix his problems. Cost me another 1k to order a rear axle in. No refunds.
